National S'mores Day RECIPES!

Hey everyone! Did you know that yesterday was national S'more Day??? Even if you did or didn't celebrate it you can try out  these AWESOME s'more recipes! ENJOY!

How To:
  • Put 3 chocolate bars in a bowl and melt in the microwave. It’s easiest if you microwave them on high for 1 minute, stir, and repeat until it comes out smooth.
  • Dip a large marshmallow into your melted chocolate and then insert a stick into the chocolate coved side.
  • Then, for the graham cracker goodness, crush up a square and sprinkle it onto the chocolate-covered part of the marshmallow.
  • After the chocolate has had time to harden, toast the top of your marshmallow over the fire!

How To:
  • Toast 3 toaster waffles (I would use eggos!) until they are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows all over one waffle, add Hershey’s chocolate pieces, and repeat for the second layer.
  • Top it off with a third toasted waffle and indulge on this s’mores sandwich!

How To:
  • Sprinkle a box of Honey Teddy Grahams onto a sheet of wax paper. (You want to make sure they are spread out, so when you drizzle chocolate on them, they will all get covered.)
  • Melt some milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over all of the Teddy Grahams.
  • Next, sprinkle a bunch of mini marshmallows all over the chocolate because we all know the marshmallows are the best part :)
  • Then, let the chocolate harden and enjoy!

XOXO,
Hannah

DIY Glitter Tote Bag

I loved this super easy craft! The handbag is perfect for school and so chic and cute! Lets learn how to make it!

  • 1 1/2 inch wide Scotch Duct Tape (in Hot Pink shown here, or the color or pattern of your choice)
  • canvas tote (available at most craft stores)
  • fabric glitter glue
  • sponges for spreading glue (you can use your fingers too)
  • craft-grade glitter
  • scissors

  1. Tape off the top of the tote starting from the top stitched line of the bag. This will ensure that all of your stripes are straight.
  2. Continue to tape the entire front side of the tote, aligning each piece of tape with the next.
  3. Remove every other strip of tape. These spaces will be your glittery stripes! Be sure to save the strips of spare tape because you will need them later for the bow detail.
  4. Apply pea-sized dots of fabric glitter glue along each stripe of exposed fabric.
  5. Using your sponge, spread out the glue until it is evenly covering the exposed stripe of fabric.
  6. Sprinkle glitter over the glue. For best results, give it between 1-2 hours to dry before removing the tape strips. Repeat steps 4 through 6 until each exposed fabric strip is glittered!
