ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- one cup of almond milk
- two cups of ice (just eye ball it)
- a heaping handfull of organic spinach ( I know, just trust us on this, you can't taste it. :)
- one banana
- 1/3 cup of vanilla protein powder (or you could do chocolate, but I really like the vanilla, it taste yummy)
